Iman Phillips has been an integral part of Barefoot Painter LLC since her high school days, where she began as a helper. Over the years, she has worked her way up through a variety of part-time and full-time roles, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the company's operations. Her dedication and hard work have earned her the position of Lead Painter.

In this role, Iman is committed to maintaining the highest quality control standards on every project. She works closely with the crew to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in their roles, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Her focus on excellence and teamwork guarantees a seamless experience for clients from start to finish. When not on-site, Iman enjoys crocheting which inspires her approach to creativity.
